- Finalising the scopes of work and vendor tender packages for issue to market.
- Complete the vendor package tender assessment.
- Finalise cost and program basis for the execution phase
- Achieve final approvals
- Move into the project execution phase
The Outcome
- Flagstaff provided support to Glencore through the procurement process including construction background input into the package scopes of work
- Flagstaff provided ongoing support to Glencore through the evaluation and the consolidation of the project execution program
