The Challenge
- After reaching Final Investment Decision on the new mining approach, MZ required key roles to be filled in their Owner’s Team, with team members to be mobilised quickly to meet the aggressive schedule.
- MZ sought Flagstaff support for key construction management and project controls roles.
- Flagstaff provided the necessary resources together with access to our comprehensive suite of systems and procedures on short notice.
