The Challenge
Selection of a Plant fleet, that satisfied the schedule requirements. This fleet required the access to a large part of the world’s heavy earthmoving manufacture capacity.
The Outcome
- Flagstaff participated in the BHPB workshop relating to options for the early pre-strip operation
- Provided advice on several contracting options to feed into the study development
