The Outcome
- A staged process for documentation and review of the project development system was implemented
- Stakeholder inputs were obtained through a wide range of interviews
- The system was written, reviewed and approved, and rolled out to the wide range of users and stakeholders through multiple direct briefings
- 1 year into implementation, Flagstaff conducted an audit to assess system effectiveness. There were some improvement initiatives, but in general there was wide buy in
